In March 2015, Adelaide choir: Voices in the Wilderness, premiered this work during the Adelaide Fringe.

with Narrator: Roger Marshman  –  Tailor: Ian Hurrell  –  Simpkin: Prue Little

The shows were wonderful. The little mice did their part – sang beautifully. The parents and grandparents joined in, and the singers of the choir were amazing – so full of energy and vibrancy.

“This is the best children’s show I’ve been to, since having children” said one of the mums. We had one little mouse in tears at the end of the show, because it was over. We also had a grandmother in tears because she came from the “west country” and the folk music of her home touched her.

What a magic experience for a composer. Thank you everyone.
